Sarath Chandra Educational Society  was started in the year 2003 by an eminent, visionary academician Mr. Sarath Chandra kompally, the Director strived hard to provide quality education to students moulding them to excel in IIT and various Engineering entrance examinations. The Academy started with a handful of students (with a modest of students) and grew to 400 students in a short span of 4 years.

Mr. Sarath Chandra was acclaim not only from the students but also the cross- section of the society for his dedicated work and motivation, which in turn paved the way for the success of his students.

Driven by a huge public demand the Director was compelled to start Sarath Junior College in the academic year 2008-2009. The college was started in view of serving the student community. The motive is to bring out the creativity of the students by providing over all development. The aim of the management is to see heterogeneous students like the average, below average and the brilliant student’s needs are catered to by paying individual attention unlike other Institutions who pay attention only to the creamy layer, utmost care is also taken to see that the best in each student is brought out. The management believes in maintaining a healthy rapport with the students by making themselves approachable to them.

Furthermore the success of the Academy and the college led to the launch of

Sarath IIT Foundation, for VIII IX, and, X class students and

Lalitha Sasthriya Sangeetha Vidyalayam, a music school to promote cultural activities among the students of the society.

The result oriented programme designed by the Director has guided many students, thus resulting in the Academy to grow from strength to strength to the current level of competency.
